In Qeqertarsuaq you will find Hotel Disko Island with a fantastic view to the Disko Bay and the beautiful Lyngmark mountains. In the summer season you can get lucky and see the humpback whales from your hotel room and from the hotel terrace. The area around the hotel is perfect for hiking and very lush for an arctic island 300 kilometers above the polar circle. The island is not only lush you can also walk to and on the Lyngmark glacier which is more like a desert.
Hotel Disko Island arranges guided tours to The Lyngmark Glacier, offering guests the chance to explore this natural wonder. Additionally, during the summer season, visitors can enjoy a distinctive overnight experience at the Disko Mountain Lodge.
Hotel Diskobay
